Refund Scenarios

  • If WSTech ZonE UK fails to deliver services within the specified time and no work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If work has started but not completed as agreed, you may qualify for a partial refund based on progress.
  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund if no work has begun.
  • Unsatisfactory service reported within 7 days may be eligible for refund or service credit.

Service Downtime

If services provided by WSTech ZonE UK are disrupted for more than 48 hours due to our technical fault, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit.

Subscription Refunds

For monthly or annual subscriptions with WSTech ZonE UK, cancellations within 7 days of renewal are eligible for prorated refunds.

Chargeback Follow-Up

If a chargeback was raised but your refund qualifies under policy, WSTech ZonE UK will still issue it after dispute resolution.

Custom Projects

Refunds for custom development/design by WSTech ZonE UK are case-by-case, based on milestones or contractual terms.
